Sambalpuri Bandha Saree ,also known as 'Bandha of Odisha'. Bandha can be defined as "A length of systematically arranged yarn, dyed.Fabrics from GI (Geographical Indications) document says that Tie & Dye weaving in western Odisha came into existence during 600 BC.

A Sambalpuri sari is a traditional handwoven bandha (ikat) sari (locally called "sambalpuri bandha" sadhi or saree) wherein the warp and the weft are tie-dyed before weaving. It is produced in the Sambalpur, Balangir, Bargarh, Boudh and Sonepur districts of Odisha, India.
Material: Pure Handloom Cotton

Loose threads on the backside of pallu. Wash care : Dry wash first time.Thereafter, gentle hand wash separately in cold water with mild detergents.
