Product Description :
Exclusive hand woven Tussar silk saree with blue base and buttas in the body and multicoloured Dolabedi motifs in the Aanchal. The exquisite anchal is made by using the Phoda technique. Different colour threads are used, while designing each individual motifs. Dolabedi- refers to the elevated pedestal , with an arch situated ouside the main wall of theTemple. On the occasion of 'Dola-Purnima'/Holi, the Deieties of the Sri-Mandir ar carried and placed on this platform. The motifs woven on the anchal are designs such as squirrels, chakra, padma , elephant motifs and shankha.

This is a genuine handwoven Saree. Minor irregularities are the uniqueness of handlooms and make them one of a kind. It is characterised by its uneven texture and sheen.
